WAGONS EAST!!! Wings of Love Exotic Birds has moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas, near Little Rock. We should be building new, bigger and better aviaries as soon as summer 2012.
We miss California and all the friends and aquaintances we have there.
We are Erik and Julie, a husband and wife team whom raise a wide variety of birds ranging from Finches, Canaries, Parakeets, Cockatiels, and Lovebirds to African Greys and Macaws. We love hand raising Cockatiels, Lovebirds, Conures and the larger birds like Macaws and Greys.
We love our birds, and have decided to stop breeding the larger birds due to the fact that we feel there are too many already out there needing good owners. We will probably have a smaller bird babies available from time to time. Keep checking our "Available Birds" page to see what we have and at what prices.
Even our children are involved with the hand-raising of a lot of our birds which does wonders for the socialization of the birds. It teaches the birds to not just bond to one person. Instead, the birds bond with the entire family, or flock, in our household, and increases the enjoyment for our family as well as the bird. No one gets left out.
In spite of our ditching the breeding side of the enjoyment of our birds, we welcome anyone that would be interested in contacing us about birds. Whether you're curious about birds or just love to talk about them. If you want to check if we have a companion we may be willing to part with, or have a (or know of a) bird that needs a new home, or rescuing. Please feel free to contact us.

We take in rescue birds. Rescue birds will not be sold. Some rescue birds, due to previous neglect, mis-handling, mal-nutrition, and many other problems, may have temperament problems, health issues, and more. Please do not consider a rescue bird unless you are fully prepared for all the added responsibilities.
